Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Maintain CRM (Copper)
7 _# H/ n; ~9 { Submit and reconcile expense reports
% [( U" j: Z0 X( k4 ?7 K Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
# ?& D" O) x; g Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail/ H f6 W4 n9 r3 r Q2 b2 n m
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
