Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)
" h; Z9 q' U& X, @! O. ]' b% B Submit and reconcile expense reports K6 s7 i# M- }/ S+ H
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
$ P: T* `, b8 e4 n1 G; ]; a Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers C+ Y" `8 J B& E6 T7 w

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus& d4 F8 y4 K* p) P2 ]
