Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department
/ `0 n9 m7 U* _ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
4 Q$ J4 q- i7 r% O0 }7 T Develop and maintain a filing system
) R+ M: ?2 H* P$ m8 \1 W Update and maintain office policies and procedures
/ e; i$ y+ f! ~* Q1 ?+ a Maintain CRM (Copper)
2 Y1 P$ Z3 u& A9 M2 X; l Submit and reconcile expense reports
2 e- y! R# O9 V* \3 r7 b Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
2 G! I3 e& w: m) X$ V Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers# ~4 U; C3 j3 R# n* b0 |, H' C

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
( G1 y4 Z+ x yHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
