Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
' y& O F. \+ v4 L# g0 ~, V Maintain CRM (Copper). \; v* A* O0 I1 `
Submit and reconcile expense reports
; r0 T& _. ]8 f; k: G Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
% e) J& X9 O' V Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers7 y( p; q7 U$ o+ K! Y8 W

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant! t! B R" R) ]& F
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

4 g9 t8 d( \: D! e. Q+ d* K Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
) G' Y& c. S* N Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
8 C, H0 G- t/ }/ A v/ n3 \ Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
- ?# V' ?2 E/ [High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
