工作职责
6 z8 ^# @! W, n6 t# X- FŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
2 B6 a5 @' k0 d+ E  I: b' W- XŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
5 J4 ^  }) |+ D1 h& V' iŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

5 ^9 S) K$ t! Y9 j7 Z3 `Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
6 [9 U% _- t9 yŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.

Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

) T- L' t9 t" J. YŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
1 Q, o0 Z5 L1 y$ jŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
1 _% N+ {1 O0 zŸ   Valid driver’s license
* ^4 ^; c3 c: {9 d. A2 U* D: P7 g8 a+ ZŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
- f: ?5 f3 A4 oŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
