, o% D7 d/ F( dŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
' b. S: v8 _/ ^0 Q# QŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
1 W6 Y" Q) b3 m; NŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
# p/ O+ m& t1 L6 q+ E; TŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
4 M* r" w" u+ z& RŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
  p- E4 z1 _* ^- FŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
) b2 V% |/ G/ e* ^  l( W/ B6 ?/ hŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
- S& H) b7 \$ ^. _3 g0 m9 }Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

; W3 x: X# G: m; Q! C* U% ?8 e/ iŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
* Q; l  }& i" \0 d* Z4 ?( kŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
9 z+ ?* H5 d% I% HŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
