Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.# `& b( s0 B( y; H
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.# ?* T' G Y, u5 f1 z; b" ?; S0 M
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.& x5 \0 T) \: |+ M

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.: E) u5 I5 z+ e4 g( l" t# c
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
* a3 x; |+ d/ {' S1 } Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers." |5 }/ g. \$ P' v+ A: R
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
6 e. n+ C6 t/ g, G0 s2 r# w Ability to interpret construction drawings.
# v& F$ B# A7 x9 I/ b8 ~ Structural wood framing experience is an asset.* ^. j$ O$ d2 }' a4 R
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

WHMIS
4 J, S7 K: o+ F) b6 @" H Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
/ W( r4 w$ S) Q" p, P Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.- Y f' K: w7 u: {) h: `
Valid driver’s license$ e( }( b8 F: H t2 `1 g
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.

Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.4 Z" \* |' ^3 d7 D
