Develop and maintain a filing system

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
; T# A1 X3 {% F: v, v. w Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers/ q6 T6 W# I$ w2 x f

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient! f% s8 L) j% S) d2 w5 `! w
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
& n, U7 Z' `( f7 [' b, B Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs) d- B4 v. ]8 j; d- O7 O) {
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
& k& _6 H; m7 z1 HHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus' _. N4 {$ z* f2 v( e9 x: d1 k- D6 h
