Answer and direct phone calls

Submit and reconcile expense reports
& R3 x" V% e8 T' w; h3 ~8 j Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
$ L9 a3 C' l( F' J2 g Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
