Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Submit and reconcile expense reports
4 w- i( C( ` ?. M: f Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
( D% n5 c$ F( X/ \5 y9 e Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers3 T, {3 S3 i4 y/ x; p

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
