Answer and direct phone calls

Develop and maintain a filing system# ~0 \6 d# x4 r& C, x$ ~. i
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Submit and reconcile expense reports9 H' A; z9 L* Z: U
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients) A6 ]6 ]# V+ Z, N) P' ?
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. n+ L6 K' i0 y/ W2 J( K6 o9 H

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs; y6 \5 M k& O$ `& m
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
1 \" g, t8 y% t$ KHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus* Q/ x/ W+ J, a5 m7 J5 M
