Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; [/ G3 J; r) @ Y& B a5 L
Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)
& E1 g* d4 T4 X9 J! P* j Submit and reconcile expense reports
9 G+ {1 ~' p" G% e; s, U! z Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients6 x5 R$ e& }5 g( T& o1 h1 F( P; h
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers- {- L" Q6 V+ `7 L! m
任职要求
6 G* W6 o! ^; g Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
3 F. B' e' c/ U( b, X Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
3 [! j7 h0 p/ g Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
" ^9 }9 ? |" q! z$ h; u. L Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
4 W ~4 [7 I! B1 {' ~ Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus1 F) d6 V7 G7 t
