& g$ g0 L) D8 c1 T  n. J$ Z' d7 j  vŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
; s! y9 Y& E0 VŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
' V+ d3 w, V! e1 w; [任职要求
/ l! g6 Z, z6 uŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
. e- E3 d: l# y: p+ }+ l& i# f( TŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
% I; D+ o' I5 I, A4 Z% D/ i& QŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
- E# \1 Z6 u1 j1 m0 n0 C/ PŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
: ]1 i# k1 X  ~' _  I( D$ hŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
$ \) r: U9 `; _+ nŸ   Valid driver’s license
4 z3 M  u* m  F* V; x* CŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
