$ r8 x. d; @4 l Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget. q0 A8 T4 a* v6 F: p! n
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.; @9 T" P' |# u _* Y" n
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times. Q' ?8 M" t. m) H' `

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
- N p( B- l v Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
; @' i5 e' h+ k3 e. g0 E Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
7 `1 Z$ A1 S* N% e! Z Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
+ D5 R x" v( D& v Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
+ \2 c: i) g" o( S4 V Ability to interpret construction drawings.6 ~) ?9 I# X& m n- x6 _( b; I" {
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.; N8 A9 i+ [8 w6 P) z
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
- b5 @' c) P/ u* t Excellent communication skills7 H) u1 F, {1 M4 _
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
: m( C0 o3 n& A7 z* L WHMIS 4 u( i/ `& U5 H, V
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.$ ?5 b4 P2 W9 O+ H2 }. p" ^* F
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
* r+ L% _1 S2 Z5 X2 I* } I$ a; x2 D Valid driver’s license+ R$ H6 G, `+ [, b* `$ K0 t
Steel toed boots and own hand tools. U9 \8 C9 n1 z5 M
Computer experience required.
) I" i" q# f4 V9 ZExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
