工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
6 O: |* w  w" r0 ~: r. s4 S3 iŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
8 _7 `( D2 `) ]1 OŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

3 ]1 q; s: P2 u: T* L. F: LŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
: o* S# n) R: RŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
" h& C& F0 m* {5 Q/ D, |Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
5 G# {1 m& u$ B7 n& JŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
, d0 U( w- S! yŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
: D+ L0 |. |. i) w) wŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
* ]2 y- p- `: B  M2 l. W" u/ ?Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
! l; T* Z3 D$ Y  _Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
' t9 P6 v: I# i+ ?- W% p4 X) CŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
