Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.$ O3 ?( V6 s2 r5 Z. t9 P7 W w
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
( S& e3 t- B" V( o Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.4 x T, s4 P w1 G# m
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
) R; t/ D% T0 _: [5 [" i0 ^ Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.6 g5 `( E, @$ X# W, D' D' M
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
4 P, Y4 [5 {3 K! M Ability to interpret construction drawings./ |4 [ G! ^. r: C' {
Structural wood framing experience is an asset. N h+ a- }; k
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.' l, o* O! l; b) i
Excellent communication skills) v; i! g, y% A0 X1 F9 c3 M
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.0 `9 z, c! m& y, u
WHMIS
. w8 E d5 b- ]7 H; L Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
+ G" ]+ p! ~1 m: T# S3 H2 U) t Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
- a5 I4 h, k2 U5 k: ~, c0 ?1 P Valid driver’s license
5 Y5 s; R2 G+ F0 Z Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
6 o: D" r+ ~# F1 V Computer experience required. * H4 \- m/ z! O
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
