Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
' u$ [, l0 h8 C w# j9 _) |; Q9 @ Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.; y, I6 k* p0 S
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.) b/ }) u: j4 v+ o% Z" c5 E4 b0 I
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
3 R% c3 k& i; f+ r4 k) O4 d. {. n Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.( c% g5 T' d$ J5 n# p; J" k
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
" C8 a( h c9 }* @ Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
2 ]% h9 ~7 I3 y) @9 D& P Ability to interpret construction drawings.
0 ` j- M J( K) Z( ? Structural wood framing experience is an asset.0 T% t w) w8 U7 t8 R
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

3 Y$ U2 E1 ~% O- d+ j Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

$ h& y& Y* Q" J0 L4 j Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
; w* E) w/ b$ v5 E Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.9 V& O4 e; |: K$ c
Valid driver’s license
4 J [1 ~/ q Z! H9 ~1 I+ H1 H9 v Steel toed boots and own hand tools.2 X- X0 {9 }) C8 C
Computer experience required. ( x9 i- g% o: k) E' V& L; e
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.% X0 Y6 ? A2 S* I& U* q
