. q4 q1 H! X0 p Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.5 g8 i- C* a* |& R( d( b, T& G
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
- e; N9 h% q4 r# f Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.7 P% Y! O9 v" d1 c7 i% a e

6 v5 B9 U/ w( N3 B; O4 N. `, _$ f2 G Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
! F9 ], c4 B; n: C% z3 q, H Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.; e9 w6 G7 \* |+ d
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.) |/ b" F9 i# H$ q- V& Y2 N
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
( H5 Z' l7 i8 j( R+ m Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
: {: r) r" g9 b* N5 W# k. R Ability to interpret construction drawings.
) m" ~) ^0 h. B6 \8 @ c Structural wood framing experience is an asset.) {7 a( v- n9 }2 a$ T; e
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.7 s( w$ u, s- A7 @
Excellent communication skills
: D0 a4 f. ]! {( k) ^ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.. ~- n I$ J- Y I) c
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

. |( E. X5 P! j; _4 h$ f Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
8 Z( n+ ?0 j6 C; k Computer experience required.
3 O$ M Q, a0 ^/ NExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
