Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Maintain CRM (Copper)% |, A6 I. z e* }9 P1 |
Submit and reconcile expense reports
+ s) P4 i( d4 L% P) {2 { Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. L2 p/ D/ z: N
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers8 _4 M4 V( r/ A, {, S& a

& ]7 s3 x0 W- ~' y Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
8 |- D+ e& D4 {7 v Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
$ q8 X+ d4 }) C' o6 p4 E Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
1 d9 g- r- T7 z' @1 [) }/ a5 iHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
