Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports: y# q( m0 p8 ` u
Develop and maintain a filing system% C; T% K& V; n* U; R
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
, ]; Q1 r ?/ b' t6 \8 B8 T. l Maintain CRM (Copper)
n6 ?; h' [' t4 U Submit and reconcile expense reports
! a/ N7 Y+ u2 Z7 s Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients- y Q+ v8 i+ `8 f- W& V- ^
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers% J6 m7 k* W Z

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient* ^4 y" S+ i1 s8 D8 z2 F. P
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
