Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports3 ]" d. v8 w; q9 F$ u0 z" ?
Develop and maintain a filing system
% `- P2 G+ G6 C Update and maintain office policies and procedures
% j. V/ |9 c: c7 t3 ~; w Maintain CRM (Copper)
/ o/ X7 J* @7 a6 N Submit and reconcile expense reports
8 Z7 w" ^5 u* J4 l. Y. K Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
& Q3 F3 U h% c6 c0 s# Z Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
/ g: J, Q. C: M* x; i* h2 oHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
