Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system- ?0 @: o8 @; T2 Y, q/ T
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
w- {% k/ k) @! } Maintain CRM (Copper)& ]5 ] A. m" t f1 v
Submit and reconcile expense reports2 t( D# }, P; @, @
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients0 K" `) ^8 W2 S0 ~3 H: \. a" d
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
