Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system2 v% Z8 A+ ]( ^0 O' `/ i2 X
Update and maintain office policies and procedures, w' r; Y5 z3 n9 H% X& y
Maintain CRM (Copper), |$ p* X, e% i8 B1 S
Submit and reconcile expense reports7 o( s7 F/ ~& `8 e3 S1 ^" A) e% b" h
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
~# _6 S8 G0 B Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
