工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
1 K) s# G/ M+ G( s0 M/ \7 DŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

9 O1 W+ L& E3 `) M9 B; \, A3 ^+ I9 h& CŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
! ?8 M1 z& b/ A! M* B1 ~+ i! o1 ^Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
1 Z% U$ l( r3 e7 x. ~( J7 ?: }7 lŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
( P, C: P9 w$ X7 ^3 RŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
$ x$ W. @3 T# a; r  CŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

% p$ x6 O2 F- {Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
- D9 ]' R) v6 g7 Y5 |0 pŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
