工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
8 X# S4 I& e" a) M! q* gŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
. T) C  Q( d: e* {Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
7 N6 O2 V2 c- n5 Z  _- a" K! B+ ZŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
8 I- d  q8 M" u6 A5 ZŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
# Z. X" o! r+ f1 d( f) \Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
; v* q2 V# v) z  {; t" |, n. N3 zŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
# y2 ~5 o6 w) m8 M/ ]' I. RŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
1 U$ m% [; u2 k' `, }* G; UŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
1 A* R/ o8 N" v% l$ v' WŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
