. ]7 H3 r4 W0 o/ yŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
6 z- A; V' n; \. v- {Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

7 k4 D: N/ z# I, [: ~0 \# bŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
+ M! A! h- V  A5 {7 xŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
# O# d3 X" N5 x  a% B' PŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
8 F0 ~: O9 S8 ~; I$ M' O' {- AŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
( R& j2 ]. u7 \$ }5 b. ?Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
1 E5 F; e! v- u, ^* P# xŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
3 q5 c' K5 A3 H+ ?) M! @Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
3 S9 v% P9 D# x0 `$ KŸ   Valid driver’s license
; v0 E* {1 B* jŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
# o. v1 o* s( l( B+ x5 RŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
