Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
* k! o6 q6 E' l, V7 _0 I% P4 OŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
4 z3 c1 b/ [; T7 jŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
8 E0 }3 `1 y4 u/ ^7 S! }) U9 cŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
/ [9 y5 K  n4 @3 F4 t; ]: j" jŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
& B" C3 D7 Q( ?7 DŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
/ B2 D% \" {& }Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
( E4 V( u1 X; X6 q; Z0 F( UŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
