Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.9 g% w5 g4 x! V0 w! t
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
! g- D0 s, P8 P: o Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.' D7 v+ J( I9 J; c& C; Y& I# P

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.2 X# P1 [8 R, i( j
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
$ h7 d- ]8 e) b6 b" K) t% i Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
/ \2 L9 a2 q( f F5 f- a Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers./ [* m' f8 _# J y
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
% g. {1 l n! a) _6 B; C: N- {/ G Ability to interpret construction drawings.9 v4 `2 f+ [% s# [5 M3 ?, G/ V
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.9 h% f& ~1 A9 Q3 A0 `* C2 {
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
; H8 s) [& B! R: B: f$ K- d Excellent communication skills

WHMIS
0 x. b" @1 `9 P7 G Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
* U, ?, H* @5 C4 l1 N, h Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.2 q4 Z' R) d% X0 l6 l, }
Valid driver’s license
. A# [( R0 x; P8 c* ^7 ^ Steel toed boots and own hand tools.6 ^# N3 {8 k" }8 T
Computer experience required.
9 N2 E2 m" o" K0 K+ SExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
