工作职责
4 W, t" ?8 Z K6 a- Q# x/ N2 `" z Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.: ]+ P1 j5 l4 c. x
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
/ G0 M- l5 _6 O9 R& Z5 ~7 T! D Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
$ d' p' N" E; p6 L# D/ X9 r Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
% r6 E; _: I! S& i5 t$ `5 E Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.. K- C7 @4 Z0 ]0 b. F+ l! C% U
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
8 }! r1 v0 b4 R$ }& O, S Ability to interpret construction drawings.5 i% p6 W6 J2 {$ S' v
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.8 f( y5 N* i% `0 \: f
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
- D# O" k2 u( p Excellent communication skills0 k& A- \ s/ j
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

, @! Q4 `! }7 b9 p q/ P Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required./ b3 i/ m {% l7 v$ D3 Z
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
' S& n/ o8 p+ j Valid driver’s license
/ {& u$ Z$ e& u5 h8 i8 ] Steel toed boots and own hand tools.6 m9 W2 H' ^- J. n: y
Computer experience required.
! [8 D1 p, x9 @ E2 U2 J8 YExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
