Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.* W9 c" z j' s# k
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.+ h4 i j+ R; n" R, o
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

& \3 ?0 f. G9 g( u Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.* [" |* _, A& p! v5 O( p" \2 W3 P
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.! k5 R- {0 t* v; `& Y8 N
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
; F' B; T. j8 k( v$ S+ S( r/ _( c1 Z4 }" Y Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.' D$ F4 N b. e! e
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
; b8 S+ O: H" c( W+ S2 } Structural wood framing experience is an asset.1 U i" F2 f$ B" M$ O
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
* _4 y& P0 d( J1 R \3 c1 R Excellent communication skills
m$ V B% }) x1 Q4 u Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.9 l1 G+ D- {$ `+ E( }
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane." q+ Z' _$ X C2 B; O( ^2 I
Valid driver’s license
6 {: ?) }% X6 |8 ?5 G( z Steel toed boots and own hand tools.& b4 F+ \. X6 P; w
Computer experience required.
7 G) `$ f, ^- T# ~4 UExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset./ X5 I8 W) ?5 {
