Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
$ A6 y8 ?" N7 H% S# e' g: t# S Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.. ~4 ~' X, k- A/ s
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
9 x5 ~. b K% u7 ~4 v& I f e Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.+ h7 I- D; n8 j, y/ x* g: ]
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
5 B7 T. ~; o7 O: m' | Ability to interpret construction drawings.( {# J* L- T( y. X- F5 R/ J6 ?, w. |4 o
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.

Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.# u8 {. M3 I3 u2 f, A& B4 t9 N3 ^
Valid driver’s license

Computer experience required.
1 Z1 \4 n+ X c( L5 }: sExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
