Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

1 C- `0 ]: I* t Submit and reconcile expense reports
3 g& s! u) [& P! W9 M" K2 V8 b Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
! t1 ?4 t& W+ \. M5 q% n2 V l. J1 w2 C% t Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
& }0 V; _! ]+ E# U Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
