Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

$ {8 E3 L, H& x3 n& t8 |- ~ Update and maintain office policies and procedures
' p( j7 P/ u: j Maintain CRM (Copper)5 s# t- c: M$ y0 ]' [9 t
Submit and reconcile expense reports
) T7 o- ^/ W2 X4 Y$ o Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients2 r. u: l4 n' y: G4 Z1 }, O* s
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

( o! H* x L2 T% b$ E Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
6 T6 Y" Y7 Q- T" ]High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
