Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports: V/ T$ ?5 J0 _% U/ g% H8 R% W
Develop and maintain a filing system" I y/ U4 o9 `+ N2 K
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
3 W+ C6 p, v% v$ k Maintain CRM (Copper)
: N: v& f) d7 _- D4 G& v Submit and reconcile expense reports; ~* I9 d6 i- S7 d
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
. `% D. W7 W- z7 f2 t( N Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

8 W+ ], o5 g2 a# T Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
% [: d; E0 c+ X: k B/ t Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
+ O) a6 n& a# c# g Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
9 Y/ N2 x7 F- Q8 ?High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus' ^4 V+ O9 R; F( k% w( E
