Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system$ _( ]7 W3 n/ x6 M$ O+ r
Update and maintain office policies and procedures/ u4 B/ X5 N' L% p% m
Maintain CRM (Copper)4 R7 l3 d8 B- V `7 ~- J) V
Submit and reconcile expense reports
9 L) B5 b# Z3 Q" m* ]0 y Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients7 f% t6 D: j) M. q
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
