Create email templates for operations department

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
8 G$ e+ I7 @) g4 }9 h/ ~ Maintain CRM (Copper)2 y5 P# o6 A# s5 G$ x
Submit and reconcile expense reports
' Y3 b* k+ {* j& T: X Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients+ s, B2 v. r7 v9 N5 F
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers; l: X! y4 n+ B8 Y/ ~% T

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

+ o1 P/ U5 \+ c3 w' C$ e8 J Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
( L1 D) b# u. ?% F& U0 EHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
