Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Maintain CRM (Copper)

& C. u% x' v+ \5 d I4 Q) q0 L* t Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
& s7 S" i9 {0 u5 L Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers+ S/ u7 E+ H5 a: ?; i% z$ ?% B

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
2 p3 H( `6 R3 B% O" w8 I. ]/ ~High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
