Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Update and maintain office policies and procedures& y9 S7 m5 H7 g8 ?8 `
Maintain CRM (Copper) e# Q% ?* c! d n' ]1 b
Submit and reconcile expense reports

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus' D! [4 G0 g3 G( Z
