Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
" r: q( o0 a/ P" c0 M Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
. Y# g$ S/ j1 \0 v, @3 {' s8 J- C/ n Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

" Q$ c8 |( i9 T! K/ \! H/ o( p" H Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
8 r) Y7 B1 c y7 z8 U! C% @ y Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
4 N, o; c O1 A% d& @ Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
8 L! ?4 P* n9 n0 A1 S2 i Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects., z+ L0 k6 i1 | {. ?* S
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
4 g0 n; }1 ?1 g' B/ E. F Structural wood framing experience is an asset.6 y# r7 f/ l: l5 p' Z
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.: [1 N" M5 T1 [

Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.9 R. Z. p, j% T
Valid driver’s license# y9 r; C* ]. u9 {4 H$ ~: g
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.* |2 u& T5 ], Y2 w& T; `4 I
Computer experience required. 3 z4 J, {, |) @; }- I1 }" j
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.0 a! R) @) v/ s6 o4 F! _
