Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
8 o1 N8 R6 M+ d8 j6 c& V Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.- K" t: F7 W5 t |
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.5 t0 J5 P4 h, F, _& W+ q

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.4 [0 G% o& L, Z8 ^/ K/ v
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.6 z% f/ J$ E u4 ^8 R
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.: a% m, X$ Z x4 y
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.' L6 {' i# x6 v* ^1 |
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.# C% ]$ N8 R! z: ]
Ability to interpret construction drawings.6 i% j" x; a& J+ w, Q8 F
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
, k, V; j( x( W/ X8 r Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Steel toed boots and own hand tools./ s) w% [1 e3 o4 n& P& _/ q
Computer experience required. 3 N" C$ l* a, k8 ?
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.3 n, U) J# T, A& a6 t# O( K
