5 h- B$ d$ w7 S% p Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget./ g$ P1 _8 ]3 j
Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.; H' q. n& v& m( U7 x" q
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.7 _. }8 [! p$ h( ~1 h; A$ t

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.* j# F) _* I6 ^3 S
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.- x% k' o8 k( z
Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.9 Z, E1 X6 b! n) }) b
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
5 O; d/ u8 r1 g8 U2 j Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
0 a ? L- E A4 j+ M( i8 Q7 b Ability to interpret construction drawings.' Y9 U: o" j+ d& i) v s3 `
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.1 o7 Z- L8 U- {
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
. P9 f, E* w+ e9 J& Z Excellent communication skills
0 m" C2 ^7 s6 [6 Q% k. I Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.7 n9 z6 L) a0 W0 {
Valid driver’s license G- L# Y2 [+ z- c
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.% X9 _# g7 c4 Y; M8 C1 |. m) t
Computer experience required. 9 G) G4 X9 q! H+ g
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
