工作职责
" O Q; `9 T3 S& T Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
* ]3 r: p% i, P! N Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.# b! M7 y9 m q, g/ X
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.# N S1 {, j. H# w) e

1 R6 O- Q1 N. [/ N6 o! k) i Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.! e5 L7 s7 \8 K7 C1 |3 ^
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
9 L8 H6 g" j3 a! C8 r) @- n2 k: e Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects./ G1 v Q2 y4 g+ E% b6 t2 d
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
# J5 u5 C% T d1 l+ C# v( K5 E Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.# C8 H& k, S/ x) o; q$ m. g
Ability to interpret construction drawings.- \+ J& Z9 L4 ]# z7 V( ]
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.; ]7 n5 `+ Q* u) ]
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule., X* h9 i, g* K
Excellent communication skills
( d6 o* @; e4 |6 N$ \/ [ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
; L1 u( g- U: V WHMIS ' K" m+ ]5 j+ ~) ^0 T
Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.( P) ~( E& F3 z/ k; S( U
Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.* b4 b# `1 X/ ~3 {( G$ |
Valid driver’s license
$ {7 y! H& u* H( O Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
9 u5 I/ B$ q. B Computer experience required. : D1 o2 z+ f4 ]0 f% j @
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.' H6 h3 H3 u/ I# r" `
