+ r% \. M3 A$ p1 u: v; e! vŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
3 e  Q6 m: ^# D5 F- KŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
# S; K/ W' P* y. SŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
) @# [" z; `4 @5 lŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
/ f' A6 @$ A& N1 l5 O# K$ L9 }4 HŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
! A5 B- o; f( J7 B/ Q: p6 t8 LŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
6 e7 |0 [% F, N5 Q) E( JŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
6 ~7 _7 J- q3 e  _2 d0 Z% z  `6 QŸ   Computer experience required.
; ]+ f' _& p- M! cExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
