7 T. N" p) p4 ^2 f/ B Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
/ _7 T9 k6 b# h9 { Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
! X6 ?% J1 A. A, v k Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
4 q, I& x. H/ U4 b. t Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
1 ?7 t% S! X+ N& L3 |. V5 H Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.; L+ N' E* E( B! j; T
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.7 c: B# D) Z# \& F
Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
0 O& Y" B9 g+ F7 \: J# D Ability to interpret construction drawings.
, s/ ^4 v; w9 \ Structural wood framing experience is an asset.% ?% |8 L1 e6 R6 x0 {% T+ |& |
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
! s* j& u2 n/ t2 P F! t Excellent communication skills

WHMIS
: D3 ?2 P4 B6 N9 h7 Y Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
+ p8 C7 w' W# w( t& J# v: d Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
( u8 [3 P3 Y( n" ^% x6 g4 u Valid driver’s license
U. m, j0 \ U. X Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
- c4 T, ~+ z0 r: x5 Z7 k$ e Computer experience required.
6 O$ ~4 g' h. g; V, BExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
