1 e+ q B* C: X# H3 [+ o Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
) x" r0 H) ?( m' {4 J* x Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.& u* K8 v: i* g
Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.& ~0 s+ W# a+ b, O
Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
$ \& Y% o5 ?1 h" y. B/ R) q$ u Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.2 Y/ A8 _5 i9 T3 Y
Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
2 E2 _1 M% c7 g1 c; P Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.2 T) i: U. k1 d0 t) T+ j
Ability to interpret construction drawings.8 E4 S- ^# X/ z' N. z
Structural wood framing experience is an asset.1 v* t! k, H+ t. q V
Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.! a: o0 U2 e# }
Excellent communication skills" j* ]) F# u" t6 \
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
9 U! e3 Y0 ~* O$ P3 G Valid driver’s license% T! }) ~9 P/ k, C
Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
7 }, I4 b4 E* k$ T Computer experience required. 9 c( m4 e5 t, a/ M- D# c1 p
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.- O: S! h6 y3 g; g5 H5 p
