工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
  {; P4 A/ V. U5 n# z* c8 P# q0 S: L6 WŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
3 m& a( @# M. [. Q/ K4 {  \, |0 Q0 mŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
. ]! l& P; U5 YŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
! u- ]6 {; J( H, ?$ @7 m+ kŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
; F7 \) v' O, s5 r) \Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
8 P' ]4 s2 e1 n2 A! J& X8 W+ BŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
1 A, Y. w; I0 I; M$ qŸ   Computer experience required.
, o" R( e; k: B9 e7 pExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
