Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
& H% Y& X9 [; E# ^) VŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
0 x: \7 Q' K/ B6 n1 wŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
  O3 [  y3 I5 K) u0 M, e1 DŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
1 e0 f2 G& h. H/ e! z0 JŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
0 `' K6 ]5 N, L. zŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
( z9 i; p9 n% u. h3 oŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
6 q; ?8 \$ S/ a6 b9 ]. M$ ]Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
8 l! N7 i( ?. v0 f# s1 g4 YŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
. v4 x1 g2 f6 PŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
