工作职责
% J5 a- d& k; |& K" y# u2 Q, WŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
5 h5 e# A+ F" U( y4 \- e+ [Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
0 b4 V. Q4 J9 C2 [! o5 xŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
" ~. s2 R' n8 s6 eŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
: p0 T" f5 Q2 h+ ^9 q" ^Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
' ?: x$ t) R3 B0 R, U) H' P. ~Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
1 i3 I7 F% t1 E" G+ ?Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
7 s5 J; V: k5 ]7 C9 IŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
+ v5 o: q1 ^0 ]7 J  y6 N: J, TŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
