Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
( @+ O/ h- _( [3 ~& \  iŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
+ E! G/ P; c7 U% \  U5 PŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
- J/ p7 w) t% ^" J$ R) l1 \& wŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
& _! M% E/ u! d7 j! F0 f( G0 OŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
" B9 C" ~( X$ ZŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
  \5 l0 @4 f1 F/ qŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

1 m3 r5 L# S: a; I  o, e0 x- ]Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
